About the authors
Hello,
My Name is Lee Wildish and I am UK based.
I find Nature and people the biggest influence in my work and try to get as much character and expression into each piece of work as possible. Characters are the main subject of my work as I believe these can make and break a project.
2 number 1 NYTimes bestsellers in children's books and a few more in the top ten. Also I have been fortunate to to win a few awards one being Red House Children's Book Award and have been shortlisted for a few as well overseas and in the UK.
I will always try to refine my styles that hopefully appeal to a wide range of artistic and a commercial markets.
I have illustrated many books for clients including: Random House UK and USA, HarperCollins USA Egmont, Hodder, Hachette, Usborne, Franklin Watts, Hodder, Simon Schulster UK and USA, Usborne, Scholastic and many more with a wide range of styles and media.
Not all of my books will appear on here as you cannot link artists so you will have to perform a manual search.
Thank you and I hope you enjoy my illustrations.
JEAN REAGAN was born in Alabama but spent most of her childhood in Japan. She now lives in Salt Lake City with her husband. In the summers, they serve as backcountry volunteers in Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming.
