Chris Choi, who formerly worked under the pseudonym Chris Danger, is a Korean-American author, illustrator, and graphic novelist.

Chris works his dream job every day, providing art for publications around the world. He is set to make his author debut with a semi-autobiographical memoir in 2025, published with Scholastic.

Chris, an army brat, grew up everywhere, including places like Hawaii, South Korea, Virginia, Germany, and Oregon. He studied at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, where he graduated in 2010 with a degree in illustration. He animated for some tv shows for a few years, then taught as a professor for a bit, and now has been illustrating full time for over a decade.

Chris’ illustration style incorporates bold lines and vibrant colors, reminiscent of the Saturday morning cartoons he grew up watching, and he specializes in adding a ton of humor into all of his projects.

Chris currently lives in Philadelphia with his wife Eva, and their dog and two cats.

Jess started her career as an online agony aunt on a dotcom boom website for teenage girls. Since then, she has worked for youth and entertainment brands including CBBC, Cbeebies, Radio 1, XFM, MTV and Nickelodeon. As a side project, Jess set up Oops Yay, a digital play studio. Her educational apps for preschoolers have been featured by Apple all over the world.

Jess now works as a digital product consultant with a focus on kid tech. As Executive Product Manager at BBC Children's, she led the vision and strategy for some of the UK's most loved kids apps, including the BAFTA nominated CBBC Buzz and Cbeebies Playtime Island.

Hello - I'm Beth, and I write comedy fiction and graphic novels (and bad author profiles).

Super Awkward was my debut YA book, Truly Madly Awkward was the sequel, and Access All Awkward was the third in the Awkward trilogy. I also have some standalone comedy YA books - Take A Chance On Me, a summer-holiday awkward-fest which and two festive romcoms, All I Want for Christmas (which came out as 'Blame It On The Mistletoe' in the US) and All The Jingle Ladies.

My youngest books are the The Inflatables, a 6+ graphic novel series about the adventures of Donut, Flamingo, Cactus and Watermelon - four forgotten inflatables at Have A Great Spray Water Park. I write this with the amazing Jess Hitchman, and they're illustrated by the incredible Chris Danger.

I also have two contemporary Middle Grades (but with a little magical twist.....) Sister Switch and The (Un)fortunate Wishes of Nelly Young (although that's not out til February '23).

My day job is making stuff for TV, radio and online, mainly around social impact themes, and I've worked on everything from Blue Peter to Radio 1 to MTV. Career highlight was probably fishing out Miley Cyrus' used face-wipe from a bin.

I live in east London, and dream of owning a dog.
