- Reviewed in the United States on October 23, 2018Our 6 year old son LOVES Captain Raptor...and we love reading the series aloud together! Could this be the end of Captain Raptor? "NO!!" We were so excited to see a new episode in the adventure and pre-ordered it as soon as we heard about its release. Perilous Planet is our favorite adventure so far! Highly recommend to kids age 3-99! We've bought multiple copies for early elementary school birthday parties and they are always a hit with both the birthday kid and their parents.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for young kids - simple story but excellent illustrations
The Captain Raptor series is great for younger children - excellent illustrations and a decent enough story. This third book has a meater story than the last two, slightly less exciting, but good enough for the kids. I highly recommend this series if your young kids are into dinosaurs, space ships, pirates, etc.
